How I actually balance motherhood and making content (spoiler: imperfectly)

Every single Q&A I do, someone asks how I "balance it all," and every single time I give some version of a polished non-answer because the honest one is messier than a caption allows. So here's the actual honest one.

I don't film every day. I used to think consistency meant daily uploads and burned myself out trying to hit that in my first year. Now I batch-film on the days that work — usually when my daughter is at kindergarten — and I protect the evenings fiercely, no exceptions, phone genuinely away.

Editing happens in stolen pockets of time that would surprise people: naptime, the fifteen minutes waiting for pickup, occasionally at 11pm when I really should be asleep. It's not a system I'd recommend to everyone, but it's the one that keeps both the channel and my sanity intact.

The biggest shift honestly wasn't a scheduling trick at all — it was accepting that some weeks the content will be quieter, and that's allowed. Nobody's ever unsubscribed over a slow week. They stick around for the honesty, not the perfection.
